PAUL BARTLETT
Most churches measure success by what happens on Sunday: how many people attend, engage and return. Mobilise helps churches measure what happens next, how many people leave Sunday equipped to live for Jesus on Monday, in their homes, workplaces, schools and communities.
Founded by Australian pastor, author and coach Paul Bartlett, Mobilise equips church leaders to move from a Sunday-centred model of ministry to a 7-day church, one where Sunday is not the destination, but the launchpad for everyday mission.
What makes Mobilise different is its focus on mobilisation rather than simply attendance, programs or traditional church growth strategies. The goal is not just to get more people into church, but to equip more Christians to take Jesus into the places they already live, work, study and belong.
Through coaching, leadership training and the Mobilise Playbook, churches learn how to reshape culture, language, systems and strategy so that mission becomes the responsibility of the whole church, not just the pastor or a small group of gifted evangelists.
Paul brings more than 30 years of ministry and leadership experience, including 23 years as a senior pastor. For 12 years, he also served as the National Leader for Community Engagement and Evangelism, helping shape strategy and support for more than 1,000 churches across Australia. He has worked with pastors, churches and leadership teams across Australia and internationally, helping them move from inward-focused ministry to greater community connection and everyday mission.
Paul is also the author of Thank God It’s Monday and ReThink It!, both written to challenge traditional thinking about church, mission and the role of everyday Christians.
Churches engaging with Mobilise are seeing more congregation members having faith conversations, stronger connections with their communities, new pathways for people to encounter Jesus, and ordinary church members leading their friends to Christ during the week. Pastors are also experiencing the load of mission shifting from the few to the many.
Mobilise helps churches become the church their city can’t live without.

DR TANIA HARRIS
When churches want growth that is truly transformative – not just numerical, but spiritual – they turn to Rev. Dr. Tania Harris.
An ordained minister, practical theologian, author, broadcaster and Director of God Conversations, Tania equips leaders and congregations to hear, recognise and respond to the voice of the Holy Spirit in the context of discipleship and the accountability of the local church.
Jesus defined discipleship as hearing his voice and following it (John 10:27). Then he sent the Holy Spirit to continue the process. Discipleship today therefore looks like hearing, recognising and responding to the Spirit. God designed the church for this purpose.
Creating a culture for Spirit-led discipleship provides intentional focus and training that begins with us as leaders. For this, Tania offers two pathways:
1. Leadership Training for Ministry Teams
Tania provides leadership training for pastors and ministry teams who want to cultivate Spirit-led discipleship in their church.
These interactive sessions help leaders:
- Understand the theology and practice of Spirit-led discipleship
- Build a sustainable discipleship culture in ways that are biblically grounded, pastorally safe and accessible.
- Implement a framework where the Spirit actively shapes discipleship, community life and mission through the 50 Days of God Conversations
2. One‑to‑One Leadership Coaching
For pastors, church planters and senior leaders seeking Spirit-guided leadership, Tania offers personalised one-to-one coaching. Drawing on her global ministry experience and academic work, she helps leaders deepen their own ability to recognise God’s voice while discerning wise pathways for their church and team.
What Others Say About Tania
“Tania brought a refreshing and practical ministry to our leadership conference. Her message was both inspiring and actionable, making it highly valuable for our leaders.” (Ps. Marco Hoffman, President, Pentecostal Assemblies of God, Switzerland)
“What a gift to the Body of Christ! The message of God Conversations has been ‘in season’ for us, reminding us to be people who listen to the Spirit and do what He says.” (Major Kim Haworth, Assistant Chief Secretary – Mission, Salvation Army Australia)

NICK KLINKENBERG
Being an external advisor to several churches is fun, plus discipling leaders in this stage of life is hugely satisfying. I say discipleship as discipleship for me is about the whole of life.
My wife Karen and I have been in ministry activity for as long as we have been married, which is 47 years. Together we have led churches, large and small, planted churches, supervised churches, written books, part of a national leadership team plus led a movement for a few years; and were missionaries in Europe. So, we’re passionate about ‘growing fruit on other people’s trees’. What a privilege.
We work very relationally. First, before we get to talking about a person’s church or leadership responsibilities and challenges, I want to find out about them, their gifts, strengths, weaknesses, family, challenges, and so forth.
I am convinced that as it goes with the leader, so it goes with their leadership of the church. Healthy leadership is out of a healthy relationship with God and healthy emotional health. Leadership is never apart from who we are.
I also believe that church is not complicated, but it’s not easy – in the West we seem to complicate church so much. Leadership conferences, the latest management techniques and books, strategic meetings, planning, policies, procedures are all good.
But really, is it that complicated? and even necessary, when many churches have an attendance of 100 or less and many Pastors are bi-vocational, which is great. What’s the secret. There are none.
To come alongside, encourage and serve, helping them find direction, passion and vision is extremely satisfying. We all need trusted others on the journey of life.
