On one family holiday many years ago Luke & I cycled to the west end of Rottnest Island, a small island near Perth. When we reached the end of the island I filled a bottle with salt water & have kept it to this day. So when we were in Evian, France, yes the town where all that water originates from, we decided to perform another commemorative ‘water’ event.
